Sun's new initiative
Sun TV, which had come out with its production house Sun Pictures recently, has launched its own audio company Sun Audio. Interestingly, this was launched at the audio launch function of Thee. Sun Audio was inaugurated by music directors Srikanth Deva, Vijay Anthony and Iman in the presence of Silambarasan.
The audio CD of Thee was released by Lawrence and received by producers Sivasakthi Pandian, Kalaipuli S Dhanu, Muralidharan, RB Choudhary, Thyagarajan, and SA Chandrasekaran. The audio cassette was released by Kushboo and received by Shantanu and Nakulan. Thee stars Sundar C and Ragini in the lead roles and is directed by G. Kicha.

Endhiran budget problem has been resolved

When director Shankar was at oversees directing the first schedule shooting some one leaked out stills of the film while shooting a song. At some point director Shankar was talking to his colleague that the budget could be extended.
When Shankar returned home he got a phone call from the producer Aynaran International. Some how the producer has found out what he has said to his college. The Producers said he has to finish this movie with a budget of 150 crores. They also wanted all the expense details.
Due to this, second schedule shooting was left hanging. Now this entire problem has been solved and the second schedule shooting is set to start in Chennai.

Sarath and Shreya in Australia

The shooting of the film Jaggubhai is to take place in Australia. The crew numbering 40 members including Sarath Kumar and Shreya left for Australia. Radhika is producing this film under the banner Radan Media. The shooting of this film will take place for 25 days in Melbourne city in Australia. Sarath, Shreya, Srisha, director K S Ravikumar and R D Rajashekar and other crew members left for Australia three days before.
Two songs featuring Sarath, Shreya and Srisha will be shot there. Helicopter action scene and some other important scenes will be shot there. After this the crew will leave for Malaysia. The shooting will take place for 20 days there. The film was also shot in Bangkok earlier.

Bollywood looks up to Kollywood
Apart from actresses like Asin and Genelia foraying into Bollywood, there is a great demand for quality technicians from Tamil Cinema in Mumbai. The likes of music composers like A R Rahman, director A. R. Murugadoss, cinematographers Ravi K Chandran, Manikandan among others garner great attention in Mumbai. Moreover never before have so many Tamil films been remade in Hindi.
The Surya starrer Ghajini is ready to speak in Hindi featuring Aamir Khan. So is the Vijay starrer 'Pokkiri'. Salman Khan plays the pivotal role in the film. Talks are on to acquire the remake rights of over four films to be remade in Hindi.
Also many corporates from Mumbai including Balaji Telefilms, Eros International, Percept Film Company, Adlabs and many others are keen to do movies in Tamil.
For now, there sure is a red carpet welcome for Kollywood in Bollywood!!!!.
